Slowly at first, but then with gradually increasing speed, MRC Registrations forms begin to be sent, one after another and then a bunch more and then they seem to be streaming into the office from owls, magically flying through fireplaces and in from windows until there are literal mountains of the things.
Upon inspection, the letters have the correct watermarks and is identical to official ministry registration forms but contain all sorts of prank fake names, many taken from the suggestions here - "Yaxative" being one with the largest handwriting - but plenty of the classics "Ben Dover", "Rufus Leakin", "Seymour Butts" etc. Along with that, however are many normal looking names, and many sheets of thoroughly filled out paperwork by totally made up people. There are a lot of duplicates, but a lot of different names. These boys had access to the internet's random name generators. Just when you think they've petered out and stopped arriving, two hours later, another wave floods in. Some papers are charmed to flit and float about the offices, some are charmed to glue themselves to people's fingers, some are charmed to fold themselves into really inconvenient origami every time they're picked up. This will continue through out the entirety of the business day.
