Who: High School Year 2 What: Class Where: Classroom? When: Morning. Why: That's what you're at school for~
It was hard to pay attention in class when the teacher insisted on playing the bagpipes every time he forgot where he was at in a lecture. It didn't make it any easier when the subject was something she struggled with in the first place.
Still, she noted down what seemed to be the most important points, clicking her pen nervously whenever her hand was still. As long as she got the names and the basic gist of what they were on about written down she could go over everything later at her own, significantly slower, pace.
"Miss Akuba."
She hadn't finished jotting down the last point when the teacher called on her and hurried to finish writing before she forgot something. In her hurry to avoid seeming a slower writer than the rest of the class she lissed the first part of the question.
"...If God did not exist, what would be necisarry to invent him?"
Maeko was taken aback. She'd thought this was a philosohpy lesson! Surely inventing god would be...science? Or something? She looked around helplessly for a second but wouldn't let herself stoop to actually asking for help.
"Ah, ah...to invent? I suppose you'd need, um, graph paper?"
