Nawanaka Toshimi [輪中 福美] ([info]thrown_to_winds) wrote in [info]disappear_rpg,
Re: Floors 1 to 6
Toshimi was keeping track of the groups. That made Kanaye, Misaki, and Maeko in one, Keiichi and Shiori in another, and (apparently) she would group with Kiriko and Reizo. That left three people--Toru, Yuu, and Hiroshi.
"We have two groups of three and one group of two established," she said, mostly to herself. To the remaining three, she said, "Then, two of you should go with Ito-san and Wakanata-san, and one of you should go with Akuba-san and her group. If Iwata-san and Akiyama-senpai go with Ito-san and Wakanata-san, then that group will have all four elemental spells in it." Toshimi had already been pulled into grouping with the scary-looking first-year, but she didn't want to drag any of her classmates along unwillingly. She also calculated that Reizo had some previous fighting experience, so if anyone was going to be in the group with fewer people, it made the most sense for it to be him. Of course, she wasn't going to say any of this out loud. "I think those arrangements would be the most balanced, but please tell me if I'm missing anything," she told the others. She really had no intention of being the director of this operation, but she didn't know if anyone else remembered everyone's skills, or who was logical-minded enough to arrange them.

She glanced down at the "weapons" she'd brought in--a tote bag full of knives and forks from the dorm kitchen, and an old baseball mitt to keep herself from getting hurt handling them. Looking up at other people, who had real weapons, she didn't exactly feel ready. But there was nothing she could do about it now. "Then, if that's all right, and everyone is ready..."
