Honestly, Emi felt a little uneasy about the whole thing. She had never even thought about entering the boy's dorms before. She typically had no reason at all for ever being there, and she generally thought it would be a messy and smelly place to be. Boys were just that way, after all. But when Tom said that he needed help cleaning Max.... Well, she couldn't refuse. She would've offered for him to bring Max over to her house if he needed somewhere not so obvious to bathe the dog, but... she didn't want to explain to a father how she ended up with an acquaintance like Tom. Having friends that were older females was one thing. She didn't need to deal with her father asking more questions if they were male. Saying she had found a history tutor would only work so many times with so many people.
So, there she was. She looked over the building before her as she approached it with almost a queazy feeling. Max was lucky that he was an adorable dog and that he had a pushover for an owner, because otherwise there was absolutely no way she would've agreed to be there. Finally, though her steps were a bit hesitant, she had made it to where Tom had told to her to be.
