Kanaye just sighs. This will be a lo~ng night, and not for the good reasons. "Look. How many times can you remember being alone with a guy and Maeko didn't come up to you and ask if you're ok, to make sure he didn't do anything, and to not deal with him in the future. Heck, if she knew what we were doing now, she'd probably be running at me with a knife or something. You know she would do it."

Sighing again at her explanation, he just looked at her. "Misaki, you do mess up. EVERYONE does. But we deal and move on. I'm not saying you can't be friends with Maeko. I'm saying you can be friends with OTHER people as well. Choice is something I'm very proud of, and taking away choics is always a bad thing in my book.
