The rice was done - just the sidedishes and the vegetables, now, and of course putting the whole thing together. She had picked up and brought along a few cookie cutters shaped like stars and fish and other unimaginative but generally pleasant things. It was a crying shame that nobody made cookies cutters shaped like fists or skulls and crossbones - they would be altogether more appropriate. Kiriko wondered idly how long any of those would take to cut out by hand and firmly decided against it.
