Wolf sighed with a slight role of his eyes as he listened to everyone's arguments. It didn't seem to Wolf that Gemini was even ackowledging the fact that everything she did now had an impact on the tribe. She was a member of the Wolves, and in Wolf's mind she would do well to remember it. After all, near the border or not, the pub she was speaking of was on Wolf territory. Not to mention that to get things started she'd need help from the tribe, and once things were going well for her business (if they even would), she'd have to give a cut to the tribe. Regardless of Wolf's brotherly affections for her, she was talking business and he had to deal with such things from the position of the tribe leader.
"Gemini, please calm down. No one here is saying that you can't do this." He glanced at Libby and then back at Gem, "Libby and Saint are both perfectly legitimate in their concerns and suggestions. You lived through the last few months and you lived as a drifter before that so you know the reality of the situation. Right now, I think things are too uncertain for you to make any concrete plans for that location. Besides, even if it is near the border, it will be bringing more people through and into our territory than I'm willing to handle right now."
He stopped her before she could interrupt him, and continued, "This idea of yours simply cannot happen over night, for many reasons. How about you and I look for some other places, maybe even in the south of town near the Trading Post? Since we're friendly with the Carrion, and that side of town sees a lot more foot traffic, I think it's something to consider." As much as he didn't want to deal with this right now he was trying his best to be reasonable and positive.
