Hope it's ok for me to jump in here?
Wolf was tense about tomorrow's meeting with this man called Jax. He wanted to believe that the jackals had a genuine desire for peace, that they truly had eradicated the threat of the Lions - not just changed places with them. He was conflicted because he believed Libby's stories of how awful Jax was but he wanted even more to believe that things could be different now that the Lions were gone. He was finding it hard to balance his hope with reassuring Libby in his belief and support for her.
As a result he was finding it hard to sleep from all of the different thoughts and scenarios that were constantly running around in his head. Not to mention, he hadn't completely warmed up to the idea of having Saint in the tribe, let alone living with them. He'd half-jokingly told Libby in a private moment that Saint only need be slightly rearranged to spell Sat(i)an! Yet, accepting Saint also had a part to play in his acceptance of Libby's stories. So all things considered he just wasn't quite sure where he stood. He hoped that tomorrow's meeting would clear some things up for him.
He snuck out from beneath the warmth of his bed that he'd been sharing with Libby since she'd been back home. He didn't want to wake her up, she'd been having as much trouble sleeping as he had. Wolf walked into the kitchen just in time to hear Gemini say that something was going to waste. He got a glass of water from one of the many water jars in the fridge and sat down at the table, looking rather sleep deprived and unimpressed with the fact that he was sitting next to Saint. He sipped his water, too preoccupied to even offer a greeting.
