Gemini stood and walked out into the rain, turning to face Shadow as she let the soft drizzle fall over her up-turned face and out-stretched arms.
"You're right. It'll stop all together soon." She couldn't help the tinge of regret in her voice. Gemini wished it would always rain... So she could talk to strangers as she twirled in it's caress like she did now.
"Cage matches... that's absolutely horrible..." Disgust colored her voice. "How could they find pleasure in something so barbaric? If they want to shed blood they should but themselves in a cage... just to see who would unsheathe their little kitty-cat claws first... just to protect their own little whiskers and keep the fattest mice for themselves..." Gemini walked slowly back to the alcove, standing so that she was still being rained on, but where she could better see Shadow where she sat on the pavement.
"Thank you for telling me all of this, Shadow." Her lips tipped up in grateful smile. "You have no idea what you've done for me, today... how much help you've been..."
