Week Seven - Saturday Who: Psych, Echo and Open When: Saturday Afternoon, Week Seven Where: Twin Feather Territory What: Julian AKA Psych decides to play in the snow on top of roofs...
Julian use to love the snow. It meant there would be more excuses to cuddle with the girl her loved. There would be less fights because her teeth were chattering so hard she could not argue and all she wanted to do was kiss. Now it just made parts of him freeze up and he likely would become some mad man that just plotted to destroy the world so all could feel his misery if it wasn't for a pile of clothes that was seated down in the snow looking up at him.
Actually it was the little girl that was covered in the pile of clothes. A bunch of oversized sweatshirts that actually belong to him. But he was more worried about her getting cold then himself. Psych worried that his experiment of Solar Energy would now be ruined because of the snow that was piled on top of it so he was working frantically to get the snow off the pannels and expose it to the sun and prayed nothing was broken.
Echo was being helpful down below by it being her job to mock her father's scream if he were to slide off the roof. He was one of a handful of Twin Feathers that were working to clear off the roof of snow from the blizzards. He likely should have been wearing another sweater instead of giving it to his daughter but he worried, just a wee-bit overprotective.
His mind was on her mother which was likely why he missed his stepping. The shovel of snow was going over his shoulder as his feet decided to be cruel to this awkward dancer and he found himself sliding. He did not scream, but did react, hands moving to grab at tree branches. He was halfway suspended over the edge, ready to drop, with both his hands holding onto a tree branch. Snow came tumbling into his face and he let out a curse, "Shit!"
Which, of course, was repeated by little Echo who began to bounce up and down, her little arms flapping and the oversized shirt giving her the illusion of having retarted bird wings, "Shit, shit, shit!"
