The crowd moved and surged as people sought out familiar faces and more spectators pushed towards the cage. Even where they were standing near the back there seemed to be constant motion. As some girls pushed by and Silver stepped closer he instinctively put his hand on her arm to steady her.
"What's not to like?" he asked with good-natured sarcasm. "The gratuitous violence or the careless obnoxious crowds?" He had no problem with the violence or the crowds himself, but he could certainly see why other people might be uncomfortable.
"I'm sure people will be talking about this for a while. Good entertainment is pretty scarce these days." He looked around, watching the crowd as much as he was watching the fight at this point. "Was it your tribe that organized this shindig?"
