To the ever vibrant Nova
Hawk left his sister to her stump, desiring to see more of the festivities. Besides, it was not like Kestral would really miss him or anything in her sluggish state. That and she would probably rather not be around the one who coerced her into wearing a skirt. Hawk had to chuckle at the thought. His fortune was not much better as he got stuck with a dorky bandaged head and suspender shorts. However, such trivial things hardly threw him off his natural groove, especially tonight when Hawk had such a good feeling about tonight's activities.
As if on cue, he spotted something, or someone actually, that caused a smile to blossom across his face. She might have been away from all the excitement, but it was difficult to miss such a sight as Nova Starshine. He had never met the girl personally, but he certainly knew of her. He had seen her on a few occasions when the tribes met for whatever reason, and her talent as a seamstress was very well known. Oh, and her overprotective older brother was the leader of the Wolves.
Hawk scanned the area cautiously for Wolf before making his way through the crowd toward Nova. Wolf was very much capable of beating anyone into the ground, and Hawk really had no desire to end up in a scrap with him. Luck was certainly on the Twin Feathers' co-leader tonight, as Wolf seemed occupied with two other girls at the moment. Lucky bastard. It seemed like all the girls around here wanted his body.
"Hey you," he greeted with a grin as he leaned up against the tree. "You're not trying to make us look bad, are you?" he asked, gesturing at her elaborate outfit. She certainly was the talented craftswoman.
