With stubborn reluctance he allowed Ehren to swing his arm up and around shoulder for balance. He wasn’t as off kilter as he portrayed because once he was moving the focus part was easier. Logan did his best not to put all of his weight on the other considering they’d both topple over. He was convinced that if they did end up on the ground he was going to stay there regardless.
The night was plagued with rain. It seemed to have picked up in those minutes which had ticked by. He didn’t mind. The water was refreshing, actually. He had always liked the rain, especially as a wolf. There was something pure about being next to nature, cleansed by the water, paws in the dirt.
Sleep would be a challenge to find even in this state. He might get a couple of hours and thank the stars he was off the next day. “Nice night,” he murmured.
