Daryn sighed heavily, but listened as the cat 'spoke.' His words were all well and good, and she appreciated his attempts to help her. But she needed a hell of a lot more than a pep talk. If she was the woman he'd know before her detainment, a few inspiring words was sure to get her back into action. But at the moment, Daryn was still broken, and deeply scarred, physically and emotionally.
Looking away, she nodded. "You're right. But... your leader told me to keep my distance until I'm back to myself. I'm just trying not to ruin anything for anyone." How and when that would happen, she hadn't figured out yet.
