Who: Jen & Open (Maybe bits of April) When: Friday Morning Where: Makeshift First Aid tent outside Facility What: Rescued
She sat there, wrapped in a blanket, dirty and a little scraped up. Her wings were folded down and enjoying the warmth under the blanket. Five days, but she was free... and awake. Jen cupped a cup of water in her hands that every time one of the nurses looked at her she took a drink. Her throat was still dry and her stomach wasn't too happy with her when the water hit it, having not had anything solid or liquid in it for a while. Thankfully a lot of the drama over her waking up had been ignored because of the whole being trapped thing and other people needed more help than she did at that moment. The IV in her arm made sure she still kept hydrated and also had some nice pain meds because her migraine had gotten really bad when suddenly colors exploded onto the world. Things were also very loud around her so that sort of made it worse.
Jen glanced over at the sleeping girl a few cots away she knew to be April. Some of her injuries before the explosion had been pretty bad and she'd been asleep since she'd woken. But Jen knew that she'd be okay... she could feel it. She took a slow sip of water and sighed. She felt tired, but why? She'd been asleep a long time... why did she want to sleep more?
