Sypher laughed. "Oh, but groupies are a dime a dozen around here," he said, gesturing with the hand that held the cigar. "I'm afraid with the islands, ah, population, there are many young and beautiful ladies about looking to land themselves a man." He shook his head in an amused fashion. "Bless their hearts, they've made my fortune for me."
"Oh, blast! Forgive my manners," he said as he pulled out his cigar case and offered one to Jason. "And of course, I'd love to read a copy. I'll talk to the librarian too, and the lovely young lady that runs the book store. We'll put your books on prominent display, being a resident now and all."
