"Well." Embarrassed little laugh; he ducked his head briefly. "I do all right. I don't take advantage of fans, but depending..." He had a more-than-healthy libido; it might have been tempered by a big heart, but a willing single woman whom he hit it off with... "You can end up with a lot of friends-with-benefits for the weekend. Though I ended up disappointing a lot of boys. I did hook a few of them up with each other, so I think it balanced out." a shrug and a grin. "Lots of sex goes on at conventions. If you're smart and careful, it's lovely, and not much regret after."
He ordered a glass of Heffeweizen with a slice of lemon in it, not wanting to hit the serious booze until later. His attitude stayed frank, open and friendly, as if he spoke of something far more generally socially acceptable. "Besides imprinting key phrases, the big tool is the trance state itself. Some people can't relax and let go; they hide from their bodies' sensations and never fully enjoy themselves in sex. In trance, you can't do that. You can also make suggestions to someone in a hypnotic trance. Like...finding out someone is body shy, and showing her what life's like when she isn't. It can be very healing. And huge amounts of fun, of course."
He considered her, then shrugged. "I learned hypnotic domination after getting my certificate. I do it with enthusiasts now and again. Just...not with my patients." Not even the pretty ones. There was a line.
