Psyche was aware she was still being followed by that girl. There were vague echoes inside her at that...but the most clear one was frustration. People, especially contractors, had a right to their own choices and whatever happens afterwards but this felt like one of those very clearly wrong ones.
The frustration and other echoes fed the well of power she was letting build. She fired off another warning shot, backwards as she ran, but it didn't have the effect of the first one. She instead focused her attention into running faster, further ahead. If Psyche couldn't get her to go away, she could try to outrun her.
She could hear voices coming from a few flights up. She couldn't make them out from where she was but they didn't sound like screams or panic. She stopped running, walking quickly and quietly, when she hit the second last flight. She could hear and see them somewhat better from there. She crept to the last flight, hiding behind one of the columns, and it was an even better view. Both sounded Pro-Entropy, from the sounds of it...
She breathed, debating with herself, but if the show was going to go on it didn't sound like she could afford to wait much. She combined the echoes the girl had awakened earlier with other strong memories until the power felt right. She edged around slightly to place where the two figures but the hooded guy was the only one she'd be able to get a shot at.
Letting her power crystallize around her hand, she pivoted off from behind the pillar and, with two swings, released two fast, hard blasts at the hooded guy before ducking back behind the column, mind trying to call up more emotions for a follow up.
