Rafe's words cut through Rupert more than he'd thought they did, but they were by no means untrue. She was right. There were certain issues about a man who had to resort to a book just to figure out his own name, but Rupert doubted that most clients really paid that much attention. In fact, the only ones to really call attention to it were the Chief Prosecutor and Drake. There was a certain amount of discomfort towards Rupert when it came to the subject of his name because most assume that he was losing his mind already. Few considered, however, that the odds of someone so young losing their mind so quickly was extremely uncommon.
Rupert shrugged and threw his hands up helplessly. "I cannot say I am accustomed to making things easier on myself... but you have a point. If that page gets wrecked, it's all over..." He placed his finger on his chin in thought. "Maybe you're right, Rafe. Maybe it would be easier just to go by a pseudonym rather than my full name all the time."
