All you did was run away. You didn't change anything. You're still just as bound by your fate as you were the day you made your wish. What you did was completely irresponsible. Don't you care about your future? Haven't you ever considered the fact that, now, you'll never have any friends? Or a career? Or fall in love? Doesn't any of that mean anything to you?"
He threw his arm aside as he spoke. It was more or less an involuntary gesture in anger. The sword was still in his hands, so to prying eyes it would look very much like he was pointing it at the boy.
