Draco's comment was exactly what Blaise wanted to hear. It would be impossible to subsist on whatever excuse for food Draco had been able to afford lately, and the mere memory of this meal would have him wanting more. It hadn't been hard at all to set the lure, but Blaise expected the real challenge to come later.
Blaise turned his own attention to his food as well, noting that the flavor of the lobster was indeed perfect, and complimented by the wine. It was an incredible meal and he had to appreciate it despite the fact this was almost rote for him. He had no idea what Draco was thinking at that moment, but if he had, intentions or now, he would have laughed at his cousin for begging for table scraps.
Again the house elves did their work by presenting them with, this time, dessert. It was an Imperial gingerbread pyramid with caramel and salted butter ice-cream, something that Blaise himself had not had in quite some time. Intrigued by it, he tasted it, pleased to find it delicious.
