Hi, Rey! I'm Chels, and I dig your cdj username, just sayin'...
But for plotting, I have Rowan Dempsey, Irish Lord and married to the crown princess of Ireland. If Philip is friends with Treasa and Siobhan, that may or may not(?) affect his feelings on Rowan -- he's a distant husband to Treasa (for multiple reasons, such as rebelling it up, being strong-armed into Marrying Monarchy, being strong-armed into marrying a woman when he isn't attracted to women, etc.), and for that reason, is neither Treasa nor Siobhan's favorite. He also pushes responsibilities onto Treasa with the specific intention of making it more difficult to rule effectively >> but plays it carefully so that it's not super obvious to those outside their relationship. Anyway, it could go cordial avoidance/lack of fondness, or dissimilar/unlikely friendship, or whatever floats your boat!
