The second full week of January is taking a cold turn for the worst. By late Sunday night a bitter cold will have settled in with vicious winds north in Mine Town. They will reach as far South as Silver City by mid-week. As of Tuesday Byron might want to consider ice fishing. The chill/freeze will spread down to Sanguis and last to Lybvian by the end of the week.

The first full week of January is full of cold, gusty weather in all corners of Inora. Several days worth of snow is are expected in Mine Town at the end of the week and a slushy rain will be seen in Sanguis mid-week. Lybvian and Silver City will be mostly cloudy this week with scattered showers of sleet falling at night. Road conditions in the cities will be decent, but do look for black ice on the roads between cities and in less traveled areas.

The new moon phase darkens Luna on Tuesday, releasing the therians from their lunar obligations. She shall slowly begin to wax again during the week, but this waxing phase seems to be a little longer than normal. The dark of the new moon could hide some of the shadier deeds that go on during the week. Be mindful of those around you during this time of strife.

The third week of August still be hot and dry, but the Royal Office of Emergency Management has declared that Inora is no longer in a state of emergency. There is a breeze blowing in from the west that is helping to dry out the areas that were effected by the recent deluge of water that headed down the river Sanguine. Travel is likely to pick up now that all regulations on fire and water have been completely lifted. Anyone seeking assistance for damages caused by the wildfires, drought, or their aftermath will need to go to their local government offices and speak to a representative.

Luna will go into her new phase late this week, closing her eyes completely on Thursday night. Therians will feel that momentary release from their animal-sides and will be able to breathe a sigh of relief. Otherwise, things will move on as normal for the land.

Last week's rains brought in a deluge of water that was flushed down the Sanguine River and caused flooding in the local farmlands. Not all crops were ruined, but a small group of farmers will have to seek government assistance in order to recoop looses from these summer drought and flooding. The main highway between Lybvian and Nocturn has been reopened, but there are reports of mudslide activity as you get closer to Lybvian. Thankfully, these are mostly away from the main highway.

The second week of August will still be hot and mostly dry, but the fire and water regulations have been relaxed as the Royal Office of Emergency Management has declared that Inora is no longer in a state of emergency. Anyone seeking assistance for damages caused by the wildfires, drought, or their aftermath will need to go to their local government offices and speak to a representative.

Luna will begin waning this week, but it will be a slow process, not hitting half-full stage until Thursday night. Hot summer nights mixed with a slowly waning moon are sure to be trouble for the Order as they try to keep the peace. The first week of August marks the end of a six week drought with a set of small showers that settle over the eastern half of the country in the latter part of the week. Temperatures are still high, but not nearly as high as they have been this summer. Fires that were previously out of control are now in control and, by the weekend, the highway from Lybvian to Nocturn will be opened back up for use by the public. Mudslides could be an unpleasant side-effect of the drought so please be mindful of your area. The areas around the Steppes could be affected by these events. Also, the river and its tributaries could see a large load of water being flushed through them so watch for rising waters, but floods are not expected.

Anyone seeking assistance for damages caused by the wildfires, drought, or their aftermath will need to go to their local government offices and speak to a representative. Water management has been laxed with the return of rain. Please be mindful of your area's situation.

Luna will be drawing full on Wednesday night, causing young therianthropes everywhere to heed her call. Employers may have a flood of call-ins on Wednesday or Thursday, but this is only to be expected during a full and is usually dealt with easily. Luna's full phase will last almost three full nights this week and so Gunslingers may expect a jump in evening activities over those nights. She will eventually begin to wane sometime very late Friday night/Saturday morning and her call will begin to die down.

The last week of July is going to be a hot one. Temperatures are spiking in all areas and heat advisories have been set up in all cities and outlying lands. Please be mindful of your situation—keep plenty of water on hand and make sure to take frequent breaks when doing any outside activities.

Small wild fires are still blazing just east of Lybvian, but it seems that Inora's Royal Fire Brigade has them under control. Because of these fires, the main highway from Lybvian to Nocturn has been closed. All traffic is being re-routed to Silver City so please prepare for a long trip if heading in that direction.

The Royal Office of Emergency Management has posted their guidelines to guard against wildfires in both the Steppes and Wolfbane Forest's postal offices and government buildings. Anyone seeking assistance for damages caused by the wildfires or drought will need to go to their local government offices and speak to a representative. Water management is in full force and Gunslingers are ticketing those found breaking these guidelines. Please be mindful of your area's situation.

This week in July, the drought has finally started to cause the chaos that the government has been bracing itself for. A wildfire will catch hold of the western end of the Borean Steppes on Monday, along the main highway that leads to Lybvian, and rage uncontrolled for half a day. Livestock and structures in the way may have been ravaged. If it wasn't for the attention of Inora's Royal Fire Brigade the fire could have continued eastward due to a high wind. Fire breaks have been set up and the majority of the blaze seems to have been contained, but the government warns the inhabitants of the area of the dangers of being close to the area of the outbreak and urges all those within range of the fire to seek alternate shelter. There have been no forced evacuations yet, but if the fires do not remain in control, the palace may call for evacuation of the outer areas of the Steppes. The rest of the week will be mostly calm except for the hot breeze that is blowing across the lands.

The New Moon lands smack dab in the middle of the week and will allow for those closely connected to the waxing and waning of the moon to have a quiet time. Fae have been scattered to the winds and are staying as far from the forests and grasslands as they can stand at this moment in time due to the danger of fire. Of course, those who have a fire affinity aren't frightened one bit.

The third week of July marks the third week of deadly drought in mid-Inora. Mine Town, Byron, and Lybvian have seen the occasional cloud and even light sprinkling of precipitation, but there is no end in sight for Silver City, Sanguis, and the Steppes. Forecasters are predicting that next week may be the first time in the month that the temperatures do not peak over 90 degrees F, but no one is holding their breath about it. Instead, they are buckling down and waiting it out.

It's the second week of July and Inora's drought continues. Humidity is practically non-existent and no clouds can be seen during the day. It is unknown exactly when this weather may subside, but expect the entire week to be hot and dry with a harsh wind that whips at the face and dries out the skin.

The Royal Office of Emergency Management has officially put out guidelines to guard against wildfires in both the Steppes and Wolfbane Forest though a small wildfire sprung up on the eastern half of the Steppes early this week. Thankfully, the blaze was easily extinguished by the experienced firefighters of the Borean Steppes.

Farmers and ranchers may need to look for other ways of watering their lands until this subsides. Water management will also be happening in the cities as they begin to ban yard fires as well as the watering of lawns. Please be mindful of your area's situation.

Luna's Call will sound loud and clear for therians this week. Monday through Wednesday, she will be full and uncontrolled. Her wane this month will be slower than normal as if in anticipation of the Borean wolves and their challenge fights this week. The third week of June is expected to be clear and warm with another chance of a heat spike as the week draws to a close. It seems like the country is prepping for a long, hot summer as all chances of precipitation begin to dwindle down to nothing. Meteorologists expect that last week's rain was the last that will be seen for several weeks. In preparation of what may be to come, the Royal Office of Emergency Management will be putting out guidelines to guard against wildfires in both the Steppes and Wolfbane Forest. The storms that headed into the heartlands last week will settle in for a few days, but will dissipate by early Tuesday morning. After that the rest of the week will be clear and cooler than the heat spike of last week. Mid-Inora highs will be slightly below average Wednesday and Thursday, but will begin to creep back up by Friday. No more bad weather is expected this week so enjoy the summer sun!

Monday night, Luna will be completely in her half phase. She will begin to wane during the week and become merely a sliver of herself by Saturday night. Once again, therianthropes of all shapes and sizes will slowly begin to feel the release of Luna's Call as she hides herself behind the veil of night. Expect the new moon to be next week.

The weather this week will be warm and dry in mid-Inora though the coastal cities may see an increase in warm sea breezes and mugginess. A storm will be heading in from the west on Friday, bringing much needed summertime rains to the farmlands. Mine Town will be warmer than average this week and Silver City will be experiencing the scorching heat of the very beginning of summer. There is a wildfire alert for the Borean Steppes for the beginning of the week, but this will end as soon as the storms move in from the west.

Sunday will be the second night of a completely full moon which spans four days. This is one of the longest fulls of the year and parties are being held all over in celebration of Luna and her power. She will slowly wane from full during the week and nearly reach half by Saturday.
