1.) We're all on the same team here
As this is a debate team, people are expected to disagree, but you should be respectful of everyone's opinions. We encourage diverse opinions and friendly, open discussion. What happens on the Debate Team stays on the Debate Team.
2.) No cursing, derogatory remarks, slurs, etc
If you wouldn't say it to your grandmother, you probably shouldn't say it here. These kinds of things don't encourage open participation.
3.) Submit Debate Topics
If you have an idea, visit the submission post. We'll pick a new debate topic weekly for you all to discuss. The more ideas we have, the more diverse subjects we'll have to talk about.
Respect is serious business. Be respectful of other people's right to have an opinion and express themselves or get the hell out.
