Who: Cassandra & Evan What: Making use of the ~Darkness Where: Starts in common room then IDK? When: Backdated to last evening Rating: Medium for now.
Though Cassandra wasn't frightened of the dark, per se, it did contain frightening qualities. She had no idea who might be around her, who was doing what, or if anyone was touching her things. As frightening as the dark may be, Cassandra enjoyed it. The dark stirred something inside of her. It made her both restless and affectionate in a way that she craved giving attention as much as she craved getting it. As soon as the darkness had struck and let it be known it wasn't going anywhere, there had been one thing on Cassandra's mind: Evan. Her journal entry had been haste and foolish, but it wasn't Cassnadra's fault she didn't know her magic wasn't working. That little fact only came to light afterwards. And besides, nothing sensitive had been explicitly stated. Everything stemmed from her peers' own filthy minds. But after the billywigs fiasco, it wasn't exactly a secret Cassandra and Evan had gone farther than kissing.
For the first while, Cassandra simply waited for word from Evan. She was in her own dormitory, where she often was in between classes. Artemis was curled up underneath her bed, and that was just fine with Cassandra. She put a few blankets down for him, a couple treats, and reassured him that it would be okay. To no avail, of course. After Evan's enquiries, Cassandra decided to make her way down to the common room. She walked slowly, and without her heels. The last thing she needed was to trip down the stairs and break an ankle. With one hand on the banister, Cassandra walked down the stairs easily. Really, why was everyone freaking out?
It took her a few moments to walk around the common room and finally find Evan. In what she thought was an isolated corner, but who knew? "Evan," she whispered in the darkness, coming to a stop in front of him. She smiled, though it would be impossible to tell.
