Regulus put his books and notes back in the seat when it was obvious Sirius wasn't going to sit down. He was a bit disappointed, but he tried not to let it show. Besides, it wasn't as if they could stay out here and talk too long. He would have to get going and get ready for practice eventually. "I think someone forgot to give that memo to Apollo, but that's alright if he isn't that clever. He's more than sweet enough to make up for it. I do hope he manages to sneak out during the day, though. I hate leaving him by himself." Especially when there was an entire castle for him to explore. At least he'd be able to give the cat freedom to roam at Grimmauld Place, even if it was only inside. He didn't think the busy London streets would be a great place for such a tiny animal.
"It's trickier in the spring though, you have to admit. Everything's budding, birds are chirping, and it feels like someone's dumped ice water on you. At least in the fall you can expect it. It has no business being cold in the spring, though." Regulus turned around fully on the bench, pulling his feet up with him and bringing his knees to his chest. He probably should go ahead and cast a warming charm on his robe now. "How are you planning on getting back the sun, Sirius?" He asked, laughing. It was just such... a ridiculous mental image.
Regulus didn't know much about the drama that had happened in Gryffindor, besides what had spilled onto the journals. All he knew was that he was glad Meaghan had gotten over Prewett. She seemed happy with Harper and, while Regulus had always thought the boy was a bit crazy, at least he was good to his best friend. "I'm surprised she didn't have something to say about it, anyway. Or maybe you did such a good job on it that even she was fooled?"
