Molly had spent the entire day looking forward to just one thing: meeting with Arthur later that evening. It wasn't that she was eager to see what he'd got her for her birthday; she was simply eager to see him. With Prefects having increased rounds due to everything happening a Hogwarts, and the heavy workload N.E.W.T. students faced, it seemed as if they'd not seen nearly enough of one another. All she wanted to do was curl up in Arthur's arms and forget about the things troubling her mind for just a while.
Smoothing her hands over the dress she'd put on, Molly walked toward the classroom Arthur had told her to meet him in. She smiled to herself as she neared it, the place where they'd shared their very first kiss. Arthur had to have been the sweetest, most romantic boy in the world, and Molly had somehow been lucky enough to capture his heart. She walked into the room with a bright grin, then paused only a few steps in. Molly gasped softly as she took in the scene, her eyes coming to rest on Arthur.
"Arthur, what... oh, love, it's so beautiful," she breathed. Molly went up to him and wrapped her arms around Arthur's neck, hugging him tightly. "You didn't have to go through all this trouble for me."
