A new law presented by the Head of the DMLE, Bellatrix Lestrange, was passed by the Wizengamot today. The new law states that all marriages of a witch or wizard to a Muggle, half-breed, or non-magical creature, including but not limited to werewolves, veelas, giants, and goblins, are banned. The Ministry is in the process of getting all such marriages that currently exist within the English Ministry of Magic dissolved. Any couples that fall under such a classification will receive notice within thirty days, and any appeals will be heard by the Wizengamot.
