Personality: Eva just wants to be popular and it shows. She can be a bit of a fairweather friend in public, but she's pretty nice to everyone if people can't see.
She tries hard in school and it pays off with great marks. She isn't really focused on what she wants to do though, going back and forth all the time. She kind of wishes she could move to Paris and get paid to eat bonbons all day. With her grandparents' money, it might be possible anyway without getting paid.
Because her step-brother is an arsehole, she can be a little secretive at times. She is careful around her male friends and never ever lets them come over to her house EVER. She is worried about what her brother will do, but since he hasn't done anything she can't get him in trouble.
History: Eva's mother was fifteen when she got pregnant with her daughter, and sixteen when she had her. Of course teenage pregnancy isn't the end of the world when you have parents who will pay for everything and let you stay with them. Eva was pretty much raised by her grandparents and saw her mother as more of a sister through her childhood. She never wanted for anything, and even had a pony when she was young.
And then, when Eva was 10 and her mother was 25, the woman fell in love with a slightly older lawyer she met at a soiree and she decided to grow up. They moved out, she eventually got married and now Eva has two younger siblings she can't really relate to because they're so much younger. She does, however, love them fiercely. Her step-dad is pretty cool too, she supposes.
Less cool is her step-brother who is her age. The boy has been flirting with her since they turned 13 and he gets oddly jealous whenever she shows interest in anyone male. He's never touched her, but he still dictates a lot of her life. Eva has dealt by never really dating. And that's okay, she's not all that interested in it anyway. She can date when she goes to university. Her step-brother doesn't get great marks and she's fairly sure he won't be able to follow her there.
