an original mutant rpg
For decades, the government tortured mutants. They experimented on them, they killed them and dissected them. They kept them chained in Willowbrook State School, or "Willowbrook Asylum" as it was more accurately called by inhabitants of Staten Island. Yes - what all the residents of New York City thought was a well-meaning school for mentally handicapped children was really a house of torture. That was until 26 years ago when the mutants rebelled and took over Willowbrook. Some mutants chose to stay and form the Centurions, a group dedicated to training mutants and remaining hidden away from humans - and to just live their lives. Others, however, left and formed the Syndicate, deciding that they could never forgive humans and instead wanted to take control of them - to take over the world.
They were not the only mutants, however, and so both sides sought to find others like them. Willowbrook finally became a true school after all, tutoring mutant students as future Centurions. For over 25 years now, they have been successful, but trouble is brewing. The Syndicate had also been recruiting, straight out of Willowbrook and under the Centurions' noses. They're closer than ever to being finally ready to take over the world.

bemylastmod Opening soon~ Only a few more tweaks and we are up and running.
You see, there are your average games. Then there are your elitist games. Also, you have your 'put up or shut up' games where the mod or the members seem to ignore you or your ideas or comments, even your requests go unheard or denied without reason or purpose. You have your city games, your original concepts, fandoms, celeb, supernatural, all sorts of walks of 'life' out there and most of the time, you feel you don't fit in. You don't feel welcomed or allowed to have creative freedom even within your knowledge and reason.
Then you have Be My Last.
The community that gives you choices, abilities to be as creative or (within means) as imaginative as you want to get. Your journal doesn't have to look like a web designer created it nor do you have to have a hundred icons that look picture perfect. Race, sexual preference, nor gender matters. What does matter is how well you write, how much research you put into your writing and your character, that you take pride in what you created and you are acknowledged for it. You are not bashed for your choices nor are you ousted for them either. Your faces are who you are comfortable with. . .make them count and thank you for bringing them to a home you will stay at for good. |

Cycle 1: Welcome to the Eclipse
Twenty-eight travelers are stranded in Indiana during a storm. They all take refuge in a supposedly haunted hotel, but only two girls make it out alive.
Cycle 2: Enter Crows Landing
The Devil comes to a small town in Oregon, and chaos ensues. The sheriff, a bartender, and a daycare teacher survive his visit with their souls intact. Nobody else does.
Cycle 3: Voyage of the Mare Crisium
It doesn't look like any of the passengers on this particular cruise will be making it home. The ship has sunk, rescue isn't on the way, and things have gotten stranger since they've found the caves...
Our game works in cycles. Each cycle will have its own setting and major plot arc. All characters will be included, though how involved they become in the main story is up to you. At the end of the cycle the world will shift, but the characters will remain; forced into a new situation, and given the opportunity for a new role. Don't just play with us, come tell a story.

Klaus’s questions lead him to a reunion with his diabolical former protégé, Marcel, a charismatic vampire who has total control over the human and supernatural inhabitants of New Orleans. Tensions between the town’s supernatural factions are nearing a breaking point.
As both sides begin to pool their resources and circle up for the brewing storm, powerful magic is tapped into. Magnified by the supernatural power inherent in New Orleans, both sides lose their grip on the power they have been so desperately trying to harness. A spell gone awry changes everything - much like Silas worked tirelessly and succeeded in dropping the veil between the living and the dead, the actions of an unstable and desperate witch begins a similar chain of events. Rather than dropping a singular veil between the living and the supernatural dead, this spell has managed to drop multiple veils across multiple dimensions - others from across time and reality have been forced into New Orleans.
Bad Blood is a panfandom game set in the world of "The Originals". Characters will be asked to take a sides and join up in the fight for the city as it wages between Marcel and the Mikaelsons. |
