Arkham City: a controversial supermax prison for the patients and inmates of the original Arkham Asylum, and Blackgate Prison. Why is there controversy?

This project is led by the enigmatic Professor Hugo Strange. His goal: to divide Gotham City into two. The law-abiding citizens, and the criminals.

To the citizens of Gotham City, this Professor Strange was previously unheard of. Who, exactly, is he? Where has he come from? And just how was he able to convince Mayor Quincy of Gotham City into accepting this immense project?

Professor Strange was not alone, however. Accompanying his project was TYGER; an elite special forces unit, trained especially for the Arkham City project. Their purpose is to serve as the prison's correctional officers and guards, enforcing Professor Strange's regulations.

There are no definite requirements for a Gothamite to be incarcerated in Arkham City. Rumour is, that petty thugs, drug-dealers and mob bosses are not the only ones eligible for a prison sentence. If the Professor simply doesn't like you, you are qualified enough.

Prisoners are unceremoniously thrown into this walled-off region of Gotham, and are left to fend for themselves. Food crates are regularly deposited in certain districts and at specific times throughout each day, but it's up to the inmates themselves as to how it is distributed. Ordinary, everyday commodities have become treasures, and many are prepared to do what it takes to secure such valuables.
Many gangs roam the streets, and viciously guard their turf from one another. There are only a handful of regulations to comply with, and if not adhered to, the consequences are... deadly.

One thing is for certain, in this squalid sector.

Escape is impossible.

Boston, Massachusetts—Once the rallying point for those yearning for freedom and an end to oppression. These days Boston plays host to a different kind of downtrodden soul. These people are known as Changelings—humans spirited away by the cruel, twisted creatures known as the True Fae. Don't be deceived—these faeries are the furthest thing from Tinkerbell, and their once prisoners are now on the run from the twisted Wonderland known as Arcadia.

The citizens of the Beacon Freehold are free for now—free to try to fit the tarnished pieces of their humanity back together and to come to terms with what they have experienced. But though they may have temporarily outrun their captors, the fear of the True Fae is never far behind them, and no Changeling can be sure if their freedom will last, or if the man who sells them out won't be their best friend...

The Faerie Network

The Nightmare. It was a plague like no other. Faeries, high born and low, Seelie and Unseelie were infected. They grew sicker and died and chaos reigned. Those who survived infection were forced to flee. Leaving Faerie, they passed through into the mortal realm. Now they must learn to adapt, to live among humans. To blend in. All the while trying to locate missing friends and loved ones and to rebuild their courts. Old alliances will be broken, new alliances formed as the fae struggle to reclaim their former glory, stop the Nightmare and one day return to Faerie.

	It's just like any other day, except maybe on this particular day you wake up with a bit of a headache. You think maybe it's just a hangover from that party you went to last night, and then you start hearing a voice inside your head. Are you going crazy? No. Are you imagining things? No. Is there actually a fictional person living inside your head? Yes. Reincarnation has been a world-wide phenomenon for centuries. Fictional entities taking up residence in the minds of unsuspecting people; sharing memories, histories, and abilities. It began in secret, but as the number of reincarnates grew in the world it became increasingly hard to remain unnoticed, or to exist together peacefully. Congratulations, you've just become a reincarnate. Welcome to the war. It's 2012 and the Reincarnate War has been waged for centuries. Camelot and CORE have been locked in an ongoing battle of ideals, with the neutral agent the Agency trying in vain to keep the peace. Acts of terrorism, fighting in the streets and heavy casualties on both sides have painted the reincarnate community red, until a battle that lasted the night named Camelot the victor. I'm open to a lot of ideas. Just slash and we can go from there. I'd like to use an unconventional face against him. So faces are totally open. I'm also open to supernatural lines as well. Smut - my character would be very versatile unless the line called for him to be submissive. I'm not sure how I'd do in a truly dominant role, but I'd be willing to try. We can brainstorm for lines. They can meet in the first scene or they can be old friends - or rivals. Any city or town. I'd be partial to somewhere in the south, maybe New Orleans or Savannah GA, just for the atmosphere, but that is completely up for discussion. Dark doesn't bother me. Blood play, rape, incest, murder. I'll put my poor character through almost anything. So if anyone is up for giving Rico Zombie a shot, let me know. PSL or comm, celeb or PB and threading is preferred over AIM. Comments are screened. I'll make customs for anyone who is interested.
