Who: Denny, Open What: Relaxing after a show Where: The big top stands When: Evening Rating: TBD
While he was primarily a morning person, Denny had found that he really did like the late night hush that fell over the Big Top after the crowds had dispersed. It was peaceful, perhaps a bit creepy, but Adenydd found something comforting about it. Shoes kicked off, his slim form was sprawled over the benches of the highest row of seats. Silver hair dangled off the edge of the row as a glass of wine dangled carelessly from his fingers. Miss-matched eyes were half closed as shapely lips settled into a small, content smile. He was happy.
These moments of quiet and escape were a pure pleasure for the nomadic acrobat. While Denny was very social, he needed moments to be alone, to be in the quiet, to clear his mind and hear himself think. The rest of the night would be routine, tomorrow would bring the usual stretching and preparing for the performance followed by the rush of flying through the air in front of a crowd of people. Relaxing and taking a moment of peace somehow seemed very important tonight. Movement near the center ring pulled the wind rider from his thoughts, and Denny blew out a short sigh as he fished a dogtag from beneath his scarf, pulling the cool metal across his lower lip. Stretching his leg, he huffed and sat up, surveying the area and sipped at his wine. That had been a good moment of reflection. Too bad he had not come to any life-altering epiphanies during it. Ah well, maybe next time.
