Sometimes, Judas didn't pay attention to where he was going. If he was happy and distracted, he tended to focus on the thing he was distracted by, and not focus so much on his surroundings...which was what he was doing now, as his feet took him through the familiar path of the carnival.
Which was why he ended up running smack-dab into Jiayi's chest.
"Ow! ...Oh, crap." He'd stumbled back a few feet, and now blushed, looking at the Sisters. Half-cat, tonight, but just because they weren't full-on tiger didn't mean Jiayi couldn't maul his face off if she didn't want to.
Frankly, he thought she was beautiful. Thought both of them were beautiful, but Jingfei was more open and friendly--usually--and Jiayi was more of a mystery to him. Which made him want to know her more, but also made her a little teensy bit scary to him.
"Sorry, ladies...I wasn't paying attention to where I was going." His voice was genuinely contrite. "Was just getting back to my trailer to--" A pause...and his cheeks grew a little rosier.
"Well I was gonna talk to my snake. Bet that sounds pretty damn weird. Anyways, you're both looking quite lovely tonight...where are you off to?"
