"Well ruling out explosives and potential fire hazards that could cause," he paused in thought.
"And relatively easy clean up," he lingered on that one for a moment.
"I'm thinking something along the lines of a bunch of balloons in a tent. The big-top would be fun, but I can deal if it's not that big." His eyes lit up like a kid in a candy store. "Just the whole 'what the hell? Balloons?' reaction could be fun. Wouldn't have to worry about too many stray balloons getting out either, since latex ones are biodegradable anyway."
He looked at them both. "But I'm open to other suggestions." He finished off his sandwich as he mulled over other options as well as how to pull off getting that many balloons in a tent. He could sport the cash for the needed balloons, his own helium, and even his own netting or something if it was deemed necessary.
His usual hello was firecrackers in pockets. For some reason, that didn't seem like it'd fly in these parts.
