"Gook stew for breakfast?" he asked with a sneer and his trademark roll of his eyes. It was all for show. He would serve Sioux his own heart with onions on a plate if she asked for it. "I suppose I can find something on the menu that I can call breakfast." he said and then rummaged around in a pile of shiny objects and trinkets in a bowl on his table until he pulled out his truck keys. "We can take my truck, I need to gas it up anyway." he said and tossed the keys to her.
"You can drive, that way I can sleep in the passenger seat and you can drive us to any damn place you want to go to eat." he said and strode over to where she was standing, pulled her over to him with one of his mighty muscled arms and held her in a hug while he kissed the top of her head. "You'll always be my girl..." he said softly, and there was perhaps some sadness, or longing in those words, but before there was time to think on it too long, he headed for the door, opened it, and held it open, waiting for Sioux to exit first.
