Babylon nodded her understanding. S/he heaved a sigh of her own and sat down where Gar had just been sitting. "It's all right," s/he said softly. "Don't get in trouble on my account. Go on. I'll stay." Biting his bottom lip, he glanced up at the towering man. "But I won't say no if you wanna walk me home after the show. I'll be right here. Or I can have some of the girls walk with me. It's really no big deal." He gave Gar a sweet little smile, wishing a certain gargoyle was around to hold him instead. But the fallen angel had certainly stepped up to bat tonight, and was now firmly entrenched in the category of friend in Babylon's mind. It was true that s/he rarely forgot a slight, but certainly s/he never forgot a kindness. It might be Gar's job, but he'd still saved his life tonight, and it wasn't something Babs would ever forget, if he ever needed an ally.
