Gar was now looking at the dirt at his feet, and lost in thought until he heard the heartfelt thanks, then the light touch on his hand. It felt like a light static electric charge on his skin and it caused him to flinch ever so slightly, like when a horse tries to shy a fly away. Quickly he looked up at Babs and narrowed his eyes as he focus was back on him fully. "Guardian angel?" He snorted and rolled those green eyes of his as he slowly rose up to his feet once again. Sitting was too seductive and could lead to him just wanting to fall over in the tent folds and fall asleep. "I'm not Guardian Angel... But if you want to call me yours, I don't mind." he said in a softer, moderated tone of voice. It was the one he used when trying to not be intimidating to who ever he was addressing.
Gar didn't move to take his hand away from the other, but he wondered about the sensation it had given him. "I can walk you to your trailer, but Arkady will have my ass if I stay." He added, then before he realized he was saying it, he continued. "I can drop by after I get off and check in on you if you like. In the mean time, I can make sure you are all tucked in.... locked in... whatever." he said and then gave Babs a weary smile, which on him was sort of creepy looking at best. "Sound good?"
