The light bulb clicked on as it dawned upon Tabbart who this fellow was and he grinned widely. "Ahhhh YES! I do recall, my scaly friend. I regret we never had a very long conversation. I was a bit more anti social back then." He had still been getting over some unpleasantness in his own past then, and so had not been the social creature he was now.
"How have you been keeping? I see you have a fairly nice human skin. I don't recall if you had that particular feature last time." It was no wonder Tab hadn't remembered him, he had only known him as a dragon.
Tabbart shook his now empty glass at the bar tender who filled it up once more, though Tab felt he could save the fellow the trouble of filling it up again and so reached out for the bottle, which the tender was reluctant to give up.
"Come now, my good fellow. We'll save some time. You with the pouring and me with the drinking." Finally the tender just gave up and handed over the bottle.
