Jessa certainly had gone a long way in making Babs feel better about her day in general. Sometimes all a girl needed was a little something good to hold on to while all the other stuff washed away with the day. Babs wasn't strictly a girl, but hey, he had all the necessary parts to qualify. That was good enough for him. Her. Whatever. S/he was glad for the distraction, so after a few more pastries than he had planned on consuming, off they would go to hunt for pretty, shiny things.
Once they went, Babylon would steal a few longing glances toward the Haunted House. It was closed and quiet at this time of day, but still s/he foolishly wished to catch a glimpse of her handsome gargoyle man. He hadn't seen or heard from Craig since they watched that sunrise together. At this point, Babs wasn't even sure if that cute teddy Panda bear had been from him or not. There had been no note, after all. It could have been anyone who left it there. Maybe it wasn't even for him, although he still didn't think anyone would leave his roomie Marc a stuffed animal. He sighed with one last look over his shoulder and consciously put it from his mind, for now. It wouldn't help his mood any to dwell on a pipe dream.
The costume tent would be a hoot, and soon s/he would forget her troubles by trying on lots and lots of shiny clothes.
