Tab gave her an appraising look and nodded amiably. He could see something special, though he wasn't sure what. His senses weren't as attune as Arkady's. He wasn't sure what people were upon meeting them most of the time and especially those who looked plain old vanilla human. This girl reeked of plain old human, but there was something magical about her. Even the humans who dwelt here were only the most special if humans however, so he couldn't be sure if he was sensing a different species or merely one of those rare humans who were magical in their own right.
"Ahh, then you will want to do that soon. Don't wander around too much, just yet." Tab didn't want to frighten her. And there were terribly frightening things about that might mistake her for a snack.
"Down the road some miles or such. A little old lady sold it to me for a very fair price." The gremlin turned to beam down at his new motorbike, it was once a nice silvery blue but time had taken it's tole. "It doesn't run yet, but we'll soon have her purring."
