He was at a loss for words, so only shook his head and looked away. It was good to see a familiar face at the carnival, but it was also painful to see Aiden at all. He needed to get away for a bit; find somewhere he could change and be alone to clear his head so he could think later. He pulled the truck door shut once Aiden had stepped back, and dug his keys out of his pocket to start the car. He needed a few hours to get himself together before he could face Aiden again.
