He shook his head. "I didn't know that you were here until now. Its not like I was coming back for any big reason," he stated before starting to lift some of Volk's supplies to load them into his truck, just so that he could have something to do with his hands. "To be completely honest, I can't do the whole lone wolf thing anymore. Seeing all of them here? How young some of them are? I want to be a part of a pack." He stopped to think about that. "No... I think I really do need it."
He sighed, his arms now resting against the truck. "You don't need to ask what changed. I just... I wasn't ready for everything. Not with the way it had happened. I've done a lot of growing up over the past couple years. Well... other than my massive paranoia." He pushed away from the truck. "I'll leave you be. I don't want to be a burden to you."
