He’d allowed the other boy to speak before moving, not wanting to tempt himself from further removing Jace’s shirt upon his approach, and moving towards the other boy quickly closed the distance between them far faster than a friendly visit. The blush, the dancing, and even the song choice all seemed to further fuel the blonde senior’s previous determination. Tak couldn’t stop himself, or rather, didn’t want to stop himself as he took hold of the other boy’s face, both hands gently taking hold of Jace’s cheeks and without so much as a second thought pressed all of the desire into a kiss.
Normally the blonde would have managed a quick greeting before assaulting someone else with a kiss. But he’d already wasted enough time searching for Jace it seemed. Ron’s words from but an hour before echoed faintly in his head as he attempted to edge closer to the other boy still. What had he been waiting for? Tak didn’t know in the moment. All he knew was the quick pace of his heart and need to make up for wasted time.
