Oh, I loved this. I like how convincingly Ron's and Hermione's dilemmas are portrayed (and btw, I really loved your Ron; he so often gets treated unfairly in fic, which makes me sad). And Pansy is a fascinating character here, perfectly Slytherin and so alluring in her seeming immorality. The twist in the end was great, and who knows -- maybe she even ended up saving R and H's marriage that way? (The 'final chapter' metaphor too.)
