What a lovely review; thank you so much! I'm so glad you enjoyed the story; it's turned out to be one of my favorites, and I'm really pleased that others like it, too. It was tremendous fun building this steampunk universe. I'm glad, too, that you think the characters make sense and are believable, because, on the surface, it doesn't seem as if they could possibly do so. I know that if I were looking for a story to read and saw one with a snake fivesome, I'd be pretty skeptical /g/.
