"That's a great idea," Roger said with probably a little more excitement than normal. During the time Lavender was inside the cafe, Roger's nerves began to turn into butterflies and do flips and somersaults in his stomach. He didn't know why he felt so nervous around her; they were good mates and had spent enough time with one another to feel comfortable. Their flirting was nothing new to anyone, but something felt different now. Like he was back at Hogwarts as a boy getting up the nerve to tell a girl he fancied her for the first time.
"Always with you," he said but then felt a touch silly for saying so. He shook it off though and got to his feet, making sur ethe drinks and pastries he'd bought for himself and roommates were secure.
Roger was off his game. If he didn't know it before, he knew it as soon as they began walking because everything that popped into his head sounded terrible. "What did you decide to get?" He asked, finally. "Do you have a favorite?"
