"Never happen, [nickname]," Cormac said, smirking confidently at her. "I'm just naturally fit, you know." He mock-glared at her for stealing his shrimp, but he didn't really mind. However much he might come off as a prat to a lot of other people, Sylvan was like a sister to him. He couldn't be honestly angry with her any more than he could with Chloe.
Quitting quidditch wasn't something he'd honestly do and they both knew it. He'd worked too bloody hard to get to where he was now. "Still, must be brilliant, getting paid to sample all the things." Not that he was letting NOT being paid for him stop him. He'd even taken a moment to pose for photo ops with fans and merchants on the way, which he was sure would make Alana happy.
