Tweak says, "An orginal Justin Taylor"
30 May; Quidditch
Wigtown keeps up the fouls
Puddlemere bounces back strong
Looking as solid as ever.
While the team was founded with a rather odd family, Wigtown of the past few years has played cleaned Quidditch. This season however they seem to have taken on a new path. Some wonder if they are trying out Falcon the Falcons.
Puddlemere might have a little ways to go to get to the top of the chart, but they wholeheartedly believe they'll do it, and they'll even win the cup this year. "You can't write off any team this early in the season," Quidditch Expert and Legend and former chaser for England AVERY HAWKSWORTH warned. "Just because one team might look good right now, or bad, that doesn't mean they'll look good come October. It's a really long season here in the British & Irish league. Teams and fans need to keep that in mind." When asked who he thought would take the cup, he shrugged. "Right now, I'd say Puddlemere does have a chance, but my money is on the Harpies. Greer is leading her team with such skill and class that they are truly the team to watch this year. They had a tough loss to the Magpies today but anytime you insult Bell, Johnson and Spinnet they always come back stronger than before. My money is on the Harpies for the Cup."
The Bats have been looking better since the departure of Dixon, but this match against the Cannons ended fast, and cannons seeker FAYE GOMEZ could be heard laughing at how easy it was to catch the snitch and how blind the Bats were. "Blind as Bats!" She was heard laughing in the locker room after the match.
In a strange move today, Chaser YASIR O'QUINN played Beater while beater EMMIE IRVING played chaser. The players are considering switching more often. Captain RODRIGO FINNEGAG said the switch was needed. "It's easy to forget what other players are up against, this was a way to show in a real match, and the gamble worked!"
