As rebellious as Octane was, he had appreciation for those who were wanting for his safety, but he was also very pointedly a man of chaos and trouble. No he didn't like to cause it, but he loved living in it. The simple notion of an active conflict between super natural beings, or whatever, was simple enough for Octavio to want to witness first hand. Watch at a distance and do some climbing and jumping. Some real high flying parkour work. Still wanted to live a bit dangerously.
At the point in which he found Elektra, Octavio was seated enjoying the night air with a sandwich he had packed. Snacking from a perch from a building lower than some, but above the excitement of the city. It was nothing he had ever actually witnessed. Beasts mauling people unlucky enough to escape or dark and dangerous blood suckers combating for authority of the area. It was honestly nothing he had ever expected in his life. The hotel really served up some very interesting gifts and education.
Though the focus of his interest was the woman who was diving into the fray. Both brows raised, Octane watched with intent interest while taking another crunchy bite of his sandwich. It really was good with the fresh lettuce between the slices. Honestly, Elektra was next level when it came to fighting. Octane wasn't even on the same caliber as her, and there was a pang of envy in his body. Nonetheless he sat and watched while she did what and how she did. Until he noticed a furry beast coming up behind her, and somewhat under him.
Now there was many choices he could make right this moment. He could let the beast get the drop on the woman, and he could sit back and watch the outcome, or he could do has he always did- even for a woman who wronged him in the past. With a shift of his weight he launched of the building a bit and came down landing on the hungry wolf creature with cracking of bones and noise. The legs really did do a lot for him with the servos and strength of the limbs. The beast might not have been possibly dead, but he sure was in a lot of pain.
Having the quiet moment Octane still sandwich in hand raised his free hand in a wave while talking with a mouthful. "Hey." Swallowing he nudged his head towards the damage she had caused already. "Out for a bit of a stroll?"
