Molly hesitated. Should she be revealing the secrets of her world? Even if she was not likely to make it home, let alone any of the others here, she wasn't sure she should be spouting the knowledge so freely. Then again, everyone else was and sharing of secrets inspired trust. Clearly this girl had magical secrets of her own. And it wasn't like Molly was an Unspeakable of the Department of Mysteries revealing the confidential nature of their work there.
"Legilimency," said Molly with a confirming nod. "It means the practice of using magic to enter another person's mind."
That's what this felt like when Abra sent mental images, along with her own voice, into Molly's mind to more smoothly explain baseball to her.
"Yes," said Molly. "It does." She had to admit it was a very effective way of exchanging information. This girl must be very powerful indeed. She seemed to do it with such ease. "I'm not sure if I would be so good at throwing or catching the ball, but I might be able to hit it."
